We started Altura Records because too many good records get made and then go nowhere — not for lack of talent, but for lack of the unglamorous work behind a release: contracts read closely, distribution set up correctly, a marketing plan built for the actual audience instead of a generic one.
We're independent, small by design, and involved in every release we take on. No roster too large to know by name, no service handed off to a platform with no one behind it.
